Location: Remote Company: Berlin, Germany Commitment: Part-Time (2-4 hours per day) Industry: Hospitality Technology (Hotels, PMS, Channel Managers, Booking Engines, Revenue Technology) About Us We are a Berlin-based hospitality technology company helping hotels increase direct bookings, distribution, connectivity, and revenue through innovative technology solutions. As we continue expanding our global partner ecosystem, we are looking for a motivated and professional Sales/Partnership Development Representative (SDR) to help us establish relationships with Property Management Systems (PMS), technology providers, consultants, revenue managers, and hospitality solution partners worldwide. This role offers direct exposure to senior decision-makers, international partnerships, and significant learning opportunities within the hotel technology industry. Your Responsibilities - Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other channels. - Initiate conversations with C-level executives, founders, partnership managers, and decision-makers. - Book qualified meetings for our Chief Partner Manager / VP Partnerships. - Maintain accurate records and activity updates in our CRM system. - Follow up consistently with prospects and existing contacts. - Assist in nurturing and growing our global partner ecosystem. - Experiment with new outreach strategies and communication approaches. - Coordinate meeting schedules and support partnership discussions. - Work closely with management to improve outreach performance and conversion rates. Requirements (Must have) - Excellent written and spoken English. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Comfortable speaking with executives and senior decision-makers. - Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, SDR, business development, partnerships, or customer-facing roles. - Professional attitude and strong attention to detail. - Self-driven and proactive mindset. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Reliable internet connection and suitable home office environment. - Comfortable using CRM systems and modern business tools. Nice to Have - Experience in SaaS, hospitality, travel technology, or hotel software. - Experience with LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns. - Understanding of PMS, channel managers, booking engines, revenue management, or hotel operations. - Experience working with international companies.
