Part-Time AI Search, Local Visibility & WordPress Assistant for Established Cleaning Company

Happy Maids is a family-owned cleaning company serving Chicago’s northwest suburbs since 1985. We are looking for a dependable, knowledgeable freelancer to help us improve how our business appears in Google, Google Business Profile, AI search results, and local online searches. This is not a request for an expensive agency or a complete website redesign. We want to begin slowly with a small paid project and build a long-term relationship with the right person. Initial responsibilities • Update and improve WordPress pages • Prepare Google Business Profile posts • Improve service and location pages • Help make website content easier for Google and AI search tools to understand • Review page structure, internal links, headings, FAQs, schema, and business information • Check forms, links, mobile appearance, and basic website performance • Suggest content that answers real customer questions • Prepare simple reports showing completed work and recommended next steps We are looking for someone who • Understands local SEO and emerging AI search • Has hands-on WordPress experience • Understands Google Business Profile • Writes clear, natural, customer-focused English • Knows how to improve content without keyword stuffing • Can explain what was changed and why • Follows instructions carefully • Communicates consistently • Is honest about work that requires a specialist • Is interested in a long-term, part-time relationship Important We are not interested in outdated SEO tactics, mass-produced AI articles, link schemes, or changing pages simply to appear busy. We want useful content that clearly explains our services, locations, experience, trust signals, and answers to customer questions. The goal is to help Happy Maids become easier to find and recommend through Google, maps, local search, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI-assisted search tools. Prepare three Google Business Profile posts 5. Recommend improvements for local and AI search visibility 6.
