Summary

Approximately 10-20 hours per week We are a fast-growing men’s ecommerce brand that has grown roughly 500% year over year. The company moves quickly, the work stays interesting, and there is meaningful room for the right person to grow into a larger role over time. We are looking for an individual, not an agency. We want to work directly with the person doing the work, making the decisions, and owning the final output. We need someone who can consistently transform our Shopify website around the event, promotion, or sale we are running. Your main responsibility will be making sure each website revision is complete, accurate, and launched with as close to zero errors as possible. Pricing, pack pricing, banners, images, messaging, links, product pages, collections, and promotional details should all align before the update goes live. Primary Responsibility For each promotion, launch, event, or sale, you will: Update the website to reflect the current campaign Make sure pricing and pack pricing are correct Update banners, images, messaging, links, collections, and product pages Build or update landing pages when needed Create and adapt assets using our existing media library and a combination of AI tools Test the full revision across desktop and mobile Catch inconsistencies, broken links, pricing errors, outdated assets, and customer-facing issues before launch Follow a repeatable QA process so each revision is deployed with nearly zero errors Accuracy matters as much as speed. We want someone who checks their own work carefully and does not rely on the founder to find mistakes after launch. Ongoing Website Improvement Outside of promotional revisions, you will: Review the website for errors, outdated content, and broken experiences Identify customer friction and confusing user journeys Review session behavior and funnel drop-off using PostHog or a similar tool Fix issues directly when possible Improve core website functionality Recommend changes that could improve customer experience, conversion rate, or average order value Revisit older pages and flows instead of only working on new requests Shopify, Design & AI You should have hands-on experience with: Shopify customization Liquid, HTML, and CSS Landing-page development Theme and app troubleshooting PostHog or adjacent behavioral analytics tools Claude Design or a similar AI-assisted design and development tool We believe Claude Design, or an adjacent tool, can be valuable for rapid deployment. We want someone who can use these tools intelligently to move faster while still applying judgment, reviewing the output carefully, and protecting the quality of the site. AI should accelerate good work, not replace critical thinking. What Success Looks Like Promotions and events are reflected accurately and on time Website revisions launch with almost no errors Pricing, pack pricing, messaging, and assets remain aligned The site stays current and visually consistent Errors are found before customers report them Customer friction is regularly identified and reduced Improvements are implemented without constant supervision The founder does not need to inspect every detail after each update Working Structure This is a part-time role of approximately 20 hours per week. The workload will primarily consist of promotional website revisions, asset creation, landing pages, QA, technical fixes, and ongoing customer-experience improvements. We are looking for a consistent long-term contributor who takes direct ownership of both the work and the final quality check. No account managers, junior handoffs, or agency layers. For someone who proves capable and dependable, there is real room to grow with the company and take on broader ownership over time. To Apply Send a concise, human-written application of 3 to 15 sentences. Please tell us about: Your experience with Claude Design or similar tools Your experience with Shopify customization Your experience building landing pages What separates you from other applicants We value clear, thoughtful applications much more than long, generic AI-written responses.
