Shopify Risk & Payments Specialist (Appeal + Account Review)

We’re looking for an experienced Shopify expert who has successfully handled Shopify Payments account reviews, risk investigations, and appeals. Our Shopify store recently received a Shopify Payments termination notice, and we need someone who understands Shopify’s risk policies and can help us prepare the strongest possible appeal. What we need: * Review our Shopify account and identify potential risk factors. * Review chargebacks, disputes, fulfillment, and customer communication. * Prepare a professional Shopify Payments appeal. * Advise on supporting documentation (tracking, invoices, supplier information, etc.). * Help improve our store to reduce future risk. * Recommend best practices for maintaining a healthy Shopify Payments account. * Experience with Shopify Capital and Shopify Credit is a plus. Requirements: * Proven experience working with Shopify Payments risk reviews. * Experience successfully helping merchants with Shopify appeals. * Strong understanding of chargeback prevention and fraud management. * Excellent written English. * Ability to start immediately.
