Partner Operations Specialist, AWS Programs

EFS Networks · Remote · Full-time About the role EFS Networks, an AWS AI Competency Partner, is hiring a Partner Operations Specialist to run our AWS program and funding operations end-to-end — submissions, program correspondence, client paperwork, and claims — so engagements move from scoped to funded to paid without friction. What you'll do Prepare and submit fund requests and program applications in AWS Partner Central and the AWS Partner Funding Portal; manage AWS ACE pipeline hygiene Own day-to-day correspondence with AWS program teams and partner managers: status checks, clarifications, and resubmission logistics Coordinate client-side program paperwork: confirmations, sponsor signatures, and acknowledgments, guiding client contacts through AWS requirements Triage program rejections: resolve administrative issues directly and package substantive issues with context for the engagement team File funding claims at project milestones: assemble evidence, submit, and track payments and credits through to receipt Maintain internal program documentation: templates, checklists, and updates as AWS revises program guides Keep partner-program standing current: competency renewals, revenue-measurement compliance, and portal administration What we're looking for 3–5 years in partner operations, channel programs, grants administration, or comparable process-driven work Demonstrated ability to read program documentation and turn it into repeatable checklists Professional client-facing communication Experience in the AWS partner ecosystem strongly preferred.
