Partner Success Manager | Partner Activation | Kineon **REPORTS TO** PPP Program Lead **TYPE** Full-time, Remote, 1099 Contractor **START** As soon as possible **LOCATION** Remote (US business hours required, US based preferred) ## The Opportunity Kineon makes clinical-grade laser therapy accessible to healthcare professionals. Our MOVE+ device delivers photobiomodulation therapy that clinicians use across multiple body areas to help their clients recover faster and manage pain more effectively. Our partner program connects physiotherapists, chiropractors, sports medicine practitioners, and other health professionals with the device and the tools to integrate it into their practice—and generate meaningful new revenue in doing so. We have a growing base of active partners. We also have a significant pool of warm partners who joined the program and then stalled—they have the device, they believe in the product, and they have not yet taken the first clinical step. Your job is to help them take it. This is not a customer support role and it is not a traditional sales role. It is an activation role. The people you are calling already want to succeed with the MOVE+. They need a guide—someone who asks the right questions, identifies the right next step, and makes moving forward feel simple and inevitable. **Please Note: This role involves significant outbound calling and proactive partner outreach. Candidates should be comfortable spending a meaningful portion of their day speaking with healthcare professionals by phone and following up through email and SMS. ## What You Will Do ### Primary Focus (Approximately 80% of Your Time) * Activate new and dormant partners by helping healthcare professionals take the first practical steps to integrating MOVE+ into their business. * Work through a warm partner queue—partners who have expressed interest but never became active, and partners who purchased a device but never progressed to ongoing participation in the program. * Make smart activation decisions through conversation and discovery. * Conduct proactive outreach through phone, SMS, email, and other communication channels. * Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, including partner activity, call outcomes, next steps, and key insights. * Identify opportunities and challenges within the partner base and share observations that help improve program performance. * Escalate complex clinical, commercial, or enterprise opportunities while independently managing standard partner activation conversations. ### Secondary Focus (Approximately 20% of Your Time) * Participate in partner webinars and educational sessions. * Follow up with webinar attendees and help partners take the next step toward activation. * Re-engage inactive and dormant partners through targeted outreach campaigns. * Support ongoing partner success by identifying opportunities for additional product adoption and repeat purchases. * Monitor partner engagement signals and proactively reach out when support may be needed. * Provide reporting and insights on partner activity, activation trends, and barriers to success. ## What Success Looks Like ### First 30 Days – Foundation * Complete onboarding and become confident in the partner activation process. * Begin outreach to assigned partners and maintain accurate records in HubSpot. * Understand the most common barriers preventing partner activation. * Deliver your first partner activations. ### First 60 Days – Independence * Independently manage an assigned partner portfolio. * Consistently move partners through activation, follow-up, or disqualification pathways. * Contribute to partner webinars and engagement activities. * Identify recurring partner challenges and share insights with the team. ### First 90 Days – Full Rhythm * Operate independently with a consistent outreach and follow-up rhythm. * Deliver measurable partner activations and re-engagements. * Confidently identify escalation opportunities and growth opportunities. * Become a trusted resource for partners and an active contributor to program improvement. ## Who You Are You will thrive in this role if: * Outbound conversations energize you. * You ask questions before you explain. * You are clinically curious and comfortable speaking with healthcare professionals. * You are organized and can manage a large contact portfolio without dropping details. * You naturally identify patterns and insights. * You take ownership of your activity and performance metrics. This role is probably not for you if: * You prefer asynchronous work and find outbound calling draining. * You need a fully structured product to sell. * You expect a warm inbound queue from day one. * You are uncomfortable operating in an early-stage environment where some processes are still being built. ## What You Will Need ### Required * Experience in customer success, inside sales, account management, partner success, or healthcare and wellness outreach. * Demonstrated comfort with outbound calling and warm lead engagement. * Strong written and verbal English communication skills. * Availability during US business hours. * CRM experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms. ### Strongly Preferred * Background in healthcare, physiotherapy, chiropractic, sports medicine, or wellness. * Experience working directly with healthcare professionals. * Experience in an early-stage company environment. * Interest in photobiomodulation, red light therapy, or laser therapy. ## Tools You Will Use * HubSpot * Aircall or similar calling platform * SMS outreach tools * Zoom or Google Meet * Notion * Asana * Slack * Google Workspace ## Compensation and Structure Kineon is an early-stage company and we compensate accordingly—lean base, meaningful performance bonus, and significant opportunity for growth. * Base compensation: Commensurate with experience and location. * Performance bonus: We are building a performance-linked compensation structure as the program scales. * Working arrangement: Full-time, fully remote, with flexibility within US business hours. * Growth path: Clear opportunity to grow into a Senior Partner Success or Program Lead role as the team expands. ## About Kineon Kineon makes clinical-grade photobiomodulation devices used by healthcare professionals across multiple body areas.
