Partner who can build, manage, and grow a high-performing Influencer & Affiliate Program for the U.S

Our Vision We are not looking for someone to simply recruit influencers. We're looking for a long-term strategic partner who can help us build, manage, and continuously scale a high-performing Influencer & Affiliate Program for the U.S. market. We are a premium wellness brand launching in the U.S. in September through Shopify. Our flagship product is a physician-developed wellness system with an average order value above $90 and strong recurring purchase potential. Our goal is to build an influencer engine that becomes one of the company's primary customer acquisition channels—not just for launch, but for long-term sustainable growth. We're looking for someone who thinks like an owner, understands performance marketing, and enjoys building systems that can scale. ________________________________________ Your Responsibilities You will take ownership of our Influencer & Affiliate Program from strategy through daily execution. Your responsibilities include: Influencer Research & Recruitment • Identify and qualify U.S.-based micro-influencers (approximately 10K–100K followers). • Focus on aged 25–65 in: o Wellness o Healthy lifestyle o Self-care o Nutrition o Fitness o Healthy aging o Beauty from within Outreach & Relationship Management • Execute personalized outreach. • Negotiate collaboration terms. • Build long-term creator relationships. • Continuously expand our creator network. Affiliate Program Management • Onboard creators into our affiliate platform. • Create and manage affiliate links. • Generate and manage discount codes. • Educate creators on the program. Campaign Coordination • Manage product shipments to influencers and ensure timely delivery. • Follow up on content deadlines. • Ensure campaigns remain on schedule. • Maintain organized creator records. Content Quality & Brand Compliance • Review creator content before publication when required. • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines. • Ensure compliance with FTC requirements and platform policies. • Protect premium brand positioning. Performance Tracking • Track influencer performance. • Monitor: o Sales o Conversion rate o Engagement o ROI o Top-performing creators • Deliver concise weekly performance reports with recommendations. Continuous Program Growth Our objective is to build a network of approximately 50 active creators. Reaching that milestone is only the beginning. The program should continuously evolve by: • Recruiting new high-quality creators. • Replacing inactive or underperforming affiliates. • Strengthening relationships with top performers. • Testing new creator segments. • Improving overall program ROI month after month. ________________________________________ Compensation Our proposal is designed as a long-term partnership where your earnings can grow alongside the business. Hourly Compensation • Maximum 15 hours per week • Approximately 3 hours per day, 5 days per week How you organize your schedule is entirely up to you. We're interested in results—not micromanagement. As long as objectives are met, you have complete flexibility in how you structure your work. Performance Commission In addition to your hourly compensation, you'll earn a commission on sales generated by all the influencers you recruit and manage. Commission structure: • 5%, 7%, 8% and 10% • Because our products have an average selling price above $90 and are designed for repeat purchases, we believe the long-term commission opportunity can become significantly more valuable than the hourly compensation itself.
