Patent Consultant / Patent Filing Support Specialist

**Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced **Patent Consultant** to support our company in handling patent and utility model projects for international clients. Our company, **Patent Support LLC**, provides patent support and IP consultancy services from the UAE. We work with authorized patent agents and legal firms for official filing, prosecution, and legal representation. The freelancer will assist with patent-related research, documentation, drafting support, communication with inventors, and coordination with authorized patent agents. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review invention disclosures and technical documents * Prepare initial patentability and prior art search summaries * Support in drafting patent specifications, claims, abstracts, and drawings description * Assist with utility model and patent filing documentation * Coordinate with inventors, clients, and registered patent agents * Prepare professional reports and client communication * Support international patent filing procedures, especially Germany, UAE, Europe, India, and PCT-related matters * Ensure confidentiality and professional handling of all invention details **Required Skills:** * Experience in patent drafting, patent research, or IP consulting * Knowledge of patent and utility model procedures * Ability to write clear technical and legal-style documents * Strong English writing skills * Background in engineering, computer science, AI, software, electronics, mechanical, or related technical fields is preferred * Experience with WIPO, EPO, DPMA, UAE patent system, or Indian patent procedures is an advantage **Important Note:** We are looking for a consultant to support patent preparation and coordination work.
