We’re a boutique plastic surgery brand seeking an experienced remote surgical coordinator / customer service / appointment setter to handle inbound leads, patient communication, appointment scheduling, follow-up, and overall patient coordination. Must have experience in one or more of the following: Plastic surgery Cosmetic surgery Medspa / aesthetics Medical patient coordination Responsibilities: Respond to leads via phone, SMS, email, CRM Schedule consultations & appointments Follow up with leads and patients Answer questions and provide excellent customer service Coordinate patient communication and scheduling Keep CRM organized and updated Ideal candidate: Fluent English & Spanish Excellent customer service skills Comfortable on calls CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred) Organized, professional, detail-oriented
