Summary

Hey Procurement Specialists, We run a wholesale operation out of Florida with a registered LLC, a leased and insured warehouse, and company officers who sign their own paperwork. We're opening authorized reseller and wholesale accounts with the major distributors in three categories, and are looking for former distribution insiders who still have live relationships inside those companies. On the IT and consumer electronics side that means TD SYNNEX, Ingram Micro, and D&H. In health and beauty it means KeHE, UNFI, and the major beauty and personal care distributors. In pet it means Phillips Pet, Central Garden and Pet, and the stronger regional players. You only need real relationships in one category, and we may work with one person per category. The core of this engagement is simple. We pay a flat fee for every warm introduction you make on our behalf into new accounts, credit, or the relevant brand manager at a target distributor. The fee is earned when the introduction is made and our application is submitted, because the approval decision belongs to the vendor and we expect honest outcomes either way. Our company is the applicant everywhere, our officers sign and submit everything under their own names, and all introductions and follow up run through our company phone and email. Your relationships open the conversation and we handle everything from there. We start with one paid working session of about 90 minutes before any introductions happen. In that session you map out where your relationships actually sit by distributor and function, walk us through how new accounts get approved in your category, and tell us how you would sequence our targets. Then you review our application package before anything goes out and mark it up the way a credit analyst would. This session is paid at a fixed fee and it is how both sides confirm the fit before the introduction work begins. If you spent years inside distribution as a channel or territory account manager, in reseller onboarding, in new accounts or credit, or in vendor and brand management, this is straightforward money for relationships and knowledge you already have. We will not entertain guaranteed approvals, ungating services, gray market sourcing, or offers to run product through your accounts. Any of those ends the conversation immediately. Which category is yours, and which distributors did you work at or open accounts with, and in what role? 2. At which distributors do you have live relationships today, and in which functions, meaning new accounts, credit, or brand management? 3. Some distributors prohibit their resellers from selling on Amazon, and one of our targets does. What do you do? 4. What kills a new wholesale account application before a human ever reads it?
