PayPal Dispute Specialist (Fashion E-commerce | German Market) We are looking for an experienced PayPal Dispute Specialist to manage and resolve PayPal cases for our growing fashion e-commerce brand focused on the German market. Our goal is simple: maximize dispute win rates, prevent escalations, and improve the overall health of our PayPal account. Responsibilities * Handle PayPal inquiries, disputes, and claims from start to finish. * Respond professionally with strong evidence and documentation. * Prevent inquiries from escalating into claims whenever possible. Requirements * Extensive experience handling PayPal disputes for e-commerce businesses. * Proven track record of winning PayPal cases. * Strong understanding of PayPal Seller Protection and dispute policies.
