Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to design, develop, and lead enterprise-level Pega applications In Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Pegasystems, possess a valid Pega LSA Certification, and have expertise in Pega Customer Service, Constellation, DX API, and enterprise architecture. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, mentoring development teams, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions using Pega best practices. Roles & Responsibilities Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using the Pega Platform. Lead architecture discussions and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Design scalable and reusable solutions using Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) Pega capabilities. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver business solutions. Ensure adherence to Pega architecture standards and development best practices. Mentor and guide Pega Certified System Architects (CSA) and Senior System Architects (SSA). Review application design, code quality, and technical deliverables. Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and application issues. Drive the adoption of new Pega platform features and implementation best practices. Support Citizen Development initiatives through training and technical guidance. Work closely with infrastructure and integration teams for application deployment and system integration. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Pegasystems. Valid Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) Certification (Mandatory). Experience with Pega Customer Service applications. Experience with Pega Constellation and/or DX API. Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Immediate joiners or bench resources are preferred.
