Boardroi.com an early-stage B2B SaaS product for CFOs and finance teams. BoardROI helps companies measure the ROI of AI spend and turn it into finance-reviewed, board-ready reporting. The problem: Companies are adopting AI tools across support, engineering, sales, finance, and operations, but finance leaders often struggle to prove what value that spend is creating, what should be scaled, and what should be reviewed or cut. I’m looking for someone with real B2B SaaS sales experience who can help create qualified buyer conversations and source paying customers. Important: this is performance-based at the start. Please do not apply if you are only looking for hourly work, monthly retainers, or paid strategy projects. Compensation: - 10% of collected subscription revenue from customers you directly source - paid for the first 5 months the customer stays active - paid only after the customer becomes paid and any trial/refund period is complete - BoardROI is currently $199/month - That means up to $99.50 per customer if they stay active for 5 months Examples: - 1 paying customer = up to $99.50 - 5 paying customers = up to $497.50 - 10 paying customers = up to $995 - 25 paying customers = up to $2,487.50 This is best for someone who already has access to relevant buyers, knows how to sell early-stage SaaS, or wants a performance-based referral/sales partner role. Ideal buyer profiles: * CFO * VP Finance * Head of Finance * Head of FP&A * Finance Director * Founder/CEO/COO with finance ownership Best-fit companies: * SaaS * tech companies * fintech * AI-enabled services * professional services firms using AI * PE-backed companies * funded startups Preferred company profile: * 50–500 employees * Series A–D, PE-backed, or mid-market * visible AI adoption or meaningful software/AI spend * board/investor reporting pressure * finance team responsible for reporting, budgeting, or ROI visibility Strong trigger signals: * recent funding * AI adoption or AI transformation initiative * hiring for AI, finance ops, FP&A, automation, RevOps, or data roles * CFO/finance leader discussing AI, cost control, efficiency, forecasting, or reporting * company scaling quickly * PE/board pressure around efficiency or EBITDA * finance leadership change or CFO hiring What I need: * identify real qualified prospects * find trigger signals * write personalized outreach * start conversations with real buyers * help book qualified discovery calls * help source paying customers What I do NOT need: * generic lead lists * fake or unrealistic prospects * broad strategy only * agencies that only run ads/content * people with no B2B SaaS sales experience * freelancers who want hourly pay before any customer result Please only apply if you are comfortable being paid based on customers you directly source!
