Performance-Based Business Development Partner – House Removals & Clearance

I’m looking for a highly motivated business development / lead generation professional to help grow an established house removals and clearance business based in Milton Keynes. I’ve been running the business for around 2 years and have built a very strong foundation. I’m now working on the business full-time and have: * 🚚 2 vans, including a fully sign-written Luton van * 📦 Professional moving equipment and everything required for removals * 👥 A reliable team of employees * ⭐ 62+ genuine 5-star Google reviews with no negative reviews * 🌐 Established website, Google Business Profile, Facebook & Instagram * 📍 Based in Milton Keynes, covering roughly a 60-mile radius, including London, Northampton, Bedford and surrounding areas * 🇬🇧 Capacity to take on larger jobs throughout England What I’m looking for I’m specifically looking for someone who can generate real paying customers and larger jobs, rather than simply manage social media or create posts. The ideal person would be confident with lead generation, business development and direct outreach, particularly targeting: * Estate agents * Solicitors * Property professionals * Landlords * Businesses * Private customers A key target would be large house clearance contracts. A house clearance involves completely clearing a property and removing/disposal of the unwanted contents. We also provide house removals, transporting customers’ belongings from one property to another, whether that is a small job or a full house move. Performance-Based Opportunity I’m particularly interested in working with someone on a performance/commission-based arrangement. Rather than paying for marketing activity that may or may not produce results, I want to reward someone who actually brings work into the business. If you generate a paying job, you receive an agreed percentage from that job. This means the more business you generate, the more you can earn — potentially on a consistent basis if you are able to bring in regular work. I already have the vehicles, equipment, team, experience and excellent customer feedback. What I need is someone who can help consistently put the right jobs in front of me.
