We are looking for an entrepreneurial Growth Marketing Partner to help expand an established sports betting/handicapping subscription brand. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to directly benefit from the growth they create—not simply complete assigned hourly tasks. You will help develop and execute our daily marketing efforts, content strategy, email campaigns, subscriber acquisition, and long-term growth plan. The primary objective is to increase paid subscriptions while improving engagement across our existing audience and marketing channels. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a practical long-term growth strategy - Create and manage daily social media and promotional content - Build email campaigns that convert subscribers into paying customers - Improve customer acquisition, retention, upsells, and reactivation - Identify new partnerships, affiliates, and promotional opportunities - Optimize landing pages, offers, messaging, and conversion funnels - Track performance and make decisions using measurable results - Help establish repeatable systems for sustainable subscriber growth - Enhance our current assets (website, product pages, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Telegram channels, etc.) Ideal candidate: - Proven experience growing subscriptions, memberships, or digital products - Strong understanding of email marketing and conversion funnels - Skilled in content strategy, copywriting, and audience growth through email, SEO, and multiple social media platforms. - Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results - Familiarity with sports, sports betting, or paid communities is valuable - Interested in building something long-term instead of completing a short project - High income opportunity for someone who is able to make things happen Compensation: This is a performance-based partnership with no guaranteed hourly rate or fixed salary. Compensation will be structured as a 30% share of agreed-upon profits generated through the partnership. As paid subscriptions and profitability increase, your compensation increases.
