erformance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & YouTube Ads) We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our paid acquisition efforts across Google Ads and YouTube Ads. Responsibilities Manage and optimize Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, Demand Gen, and YouTube campaigns. Develop testing roadmaps for creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages, and campaign structures. Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, revenue, and lead quality. Identify growth opportunities through audience segmentation, keyword expansion, and funnel optimization. Conduct regular account audits and implement best-practice recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities. Analytics, Reporting & Tracking Audit and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking. Ensure accurate attribution and data collection across platforms. Investigate reporting discrepancies and tracking issues. Build and maintain performance dashboards and executive-level reporting. Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Track campaign performance against business goals and identify areas for improvement. Requirements 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and YouTube Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of bidding strategies, attribution models, audience targeting, and conversion optimization. Advanced experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and conversion tracking implementation. Proven ability to manage significant monthly advertising budgets. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and proactively identify growth opportunities. Nice to Have Experience with server-side tracking implementations. Experience with feed optimization and Performance Max campaigns. Familiarity with CRO tools and landing page testing. Experience managing multi-brand or multi-site advertising accounts. What Success Looks Like Improved tracking accuracy and attribution confidence.
