Perfumer Needed to Design 4 New Fragrances for a Premium Fragrance Brand

We are a premium fragrance brand focused on creating refined, memorable, and emotionally connected scents. We are looking for an experienced perfumer to help us design a set of 4 new original fragrances. We want ingredients, inspiration, and expertise from around the world, with a strong focus on quality, creativity, and commercial viability. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a perfumer with experience in fine fragrance, home fragrance, diffuser oils, or luxury scented products. Ideally, you have: Experience creating original fragrance formulas Strong knowledge of top, middle, and base note structure Understanding of natural ingredients, aroma chemicals, and IFRA standards Ability to recommend high-quality ingredients and suppliers Experience preparing fragrances for testing and production Good communication and creative direction skills Scope of Work We are looking to develop 4 unique fragrances that feel cohesive as part of one brand collection, while each having its own distinct personality. Responsibilities may include: Creating fragrance concepts for 4 scents Developing sample formulas and variations Recommending premium ingredients Explaining the inspiration and structure of each fragrance Refining each scent based on feedback Advising on performance, longevity, diffusion, and stability Preparing formulas for production if required Application Requirements Please include the following in your proposal: A short video introduction Introduce yourself, your background, where you’re based, and your experience as a perfumer. Your fragrance creation process Explain how you create a fragrance from concept to final formula, including ingredient sourcing, testing, revisions, and preparation for production. Portfolio or examples of past work Please include any fragrance projects, brands, product photos, or personal work you are allowed to share. We are looking for a creative fragrance partner who can help us build a premium, well-designed fragrance collection.
