Part-Time Personal & Administrative Assistant (Remote) I'm looking for a highly organized, proactive assistant who enjoys bringing order to busy lives and businesses. This role is ideal for someone who naturally thinks a few steps ahead, notices what needs attention before it's asked of them, and genuinely enjoys creating systems that help everything run more smoothly. This position will support both my personal life and my work as the owner of The Sedona House, a wellness studio in Baltimore. While responsibilities will vary from week to week, I'm looking for someone who can anticipate needs, keep track of loose ends, and help ensure important tasks don't slip through the cracks. This is a role for someone who enjoys taking initiative, solving problems, and becoming a trusted partner in keeping both life and business organized. Responsibilities may include: * Managing personal and business calendars * Scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics * Organizing and maintaining email inboxes * Drafting and responding to emails when appropriate * Ordering groceries, household essentials, and other online purchases * Researching products, services, vendors, and travel options * Managing reminders, follow-ups, and ongoing to-do lists * Coordinating returns, subscriptions, and recurring household tasks * Organizing digital files, documents, and shared folders * Supporting our booking software (Momence) and other administrative systems * Responding to client inquiries with professionalism and warmth * Assisting with newsletters, communications, and special projects * Running reports, tracking key metrics, and organizing data into clear, actionable summaries * Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, documents, and systems that keep information organized and accessible * Identifying opportunities to improve organization, streamline workflows, and create systems that help both my personal life and business run more efficiently The ideal candidate is: * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Proactive and resourceful * Comfortable working independently and taking initiative * Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software * An excellent written communicator * Trustworthy, dependable, and discreet * Someone who enjoys creating order, improving systems, and making life easier for others Position Details * Remote * Approximately **5 hours per week** to start, with the opportunity for additional hours as the role grows * Flexible schedule with occasional deadlines or time-sensitive tasks I'm looking for someone who enjoys being a behind-the-scenes problem solver—someone who takes pride in creating calm from chaos, anticipates needs, and genuinely loves helping things run smoothly.
