Personal Assistant VA — Execute Same Day, No Hand Holding

I need a personal assistant who moves when I say move. I am building a content brand from the ground up and I need someone handling the logistics and execution behind the scenes so I can stay focused on creating. Tasks change every day. I do not plan ahead. I move spontaneously and I need you to keep up. Examples of what you will handle: • Call locations to check filming availability • Find and contact creators, videographers, or talent I want to work with • Research anything I need researched • Send messages or emails on my behalf • Inbox people on social media • Handle any random task I throw at you same day What makes you right for this: • You respond within the hour, every time • You execute first and ask questions only if truly necessary You figure things out on your own • You communicate clearly when something is done What I don’t want: • Someone who needs a plan before they can do anything • Someone slow • Someone who gives me their opinion when I didn’t ask • Anyone who tries to redirect what I said I want This is ongoing work.
