Business & Brand Operations Manager (Part-Time Remote) About Me I am a board-certified OB/GYN physician, author, speaker, and entrepreneur building a national personal brand focused on women's health, physician advocacy, leadership, and personal development. I am preparing for the launch of my first book, Knowing When to Quit and How to Do It With Dignity, while continuing to grow my website, YouTube channel, consulting business, podcast, and speaking engagements. I am looking for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys taking ownership of projects and helping build a growing brand. This is much more than a traditional virtual assistant position. I'm looking for someone who can become a trusted partner in helping manage and grow my business. Position Part-Time Remote Business & Brand Operations Manager Initially 10–15 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as the business grows. Responsibilities Book Launch & Promotion Contact independent bookstores and national bookstore chains to coordinate book signings. Research and schedule author events, conferences, festivals, and speaking opportunities. Reach out to podcasts, media outlets, and organizations for interview opportunities. Maintain a calendar of promotional events and deadlines. Assist with Amazon KDP promotions and book launch activities. Website Management Update my Wix website with new content, events, announcements, and blog posts. Create and publish landing pages for books, speaking engagements, and consulting services. Maintain website content and improve user experience. Assist with basic SEO implementation. Marketing & Social Media Schedule and publish content across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Repurpose existing videos and podcast episodes into social media content. Coordinate email newsletters. Assist with marketing campaigns for book launches and speaking engagements. Administrative Support Manage my business email inbox. Coordinate meetings and calendar scheduling. Organize projects and maintain task lists. Track outreach efforts and follow-ups. Prepare reports on ongoing projects. Business Development Research partnership opportunities. Identify physician conferences and women's health events. Research organizations for speaking engagements. Assist with sponsorship opportunities and brand collaborations. Qualifications Required Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Experience working remotely and independently. Experience with Wix website management. Experience using Canva. Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Experience supporting an author, coach, physician, or entrepreneur. Experience with book marketing or publishing. Public relations or media outreach experience. Event planning experience. Social media marketing experience. Basic SEO knowledge. Experience with Amazon KDP. Experience with Mailchimp or ConvertKit.
