Personal BDC Agent

We are seeking a Personal BDC (Business Development Center) Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, following up with leads, and helping guide potential clients through the early stages of the sales process. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and driven to generate results. Responsibilities: Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, text, and online leads Conduct outbound follow-ups with new and existing leads Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team Maintain consistent communication with prospects to keep them engaged Accurately log and update customer information in the CRM Follow structured processes and scripts when applicable Work closely with team members to ensure smooth handoff to sales Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle a high volume of calls and messages Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer tools Organized and able to follow up consistently Creative Sales or customer service experience is a plus Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset What We Offer: Supportive and team-oriented environment Flat + Comission
