I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented personal assistant to help me stay organized and responsive across communication platforms as my creative work, projects, and professional relationships grow. The main focus of this role is communication flow: checking messages, organizing follow-ups, helping me stay on top of conversations, and giving me clear, consolidated updates so nothing important falls through the cracks. Responsibilities may include: * Reviewing Instagram activity, new follows, comments, tags, mentions, DMs, or any engagement that may need a response to provide me an update. * Drafting thoughtful responses to DMs, comments, and messages in my tone * Helping organize email communication, follow-ups, and pending replies * Prompting me when something needs a decision or response * Helping me stay consistent with posting, responding, and following up * Light admin support as needed The ideal person is: * Very organized and proactive * Strong with Instagram * A clear communicator * Good at noticing details without overcomplicating things * Comfortable drafting warm, natural messages * Respectful of privacy and confidentiality * Reliable with follow-through This role will begin as a small trial, likely 3–5 hours per week (spread out of two days), with room to grow if it is a good fit.
