Personal Controller / Family Financial Manager - We are a fast-growing entrepreneurial family seeking a highly organized Personal Controller to manage our household finances, budgeting, reporting, and financial systems. This is not a financial advisor, investment management, or insurance role. We are looking for someone who can bring the discipline and organization of a professional finance department into our personal lives. Responsibilities: Manage household budgeting and cash flow Track spending and maintain monthly financial reports Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Create dashboards for net worth, savings, debt, and financial goals Coordinate with our CPA/CFO (business) and other financial professionals Organize financial records and documentation Help us make informed decisions around major purchases and financial priorities Qualifications: Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, controller, family office, or financial operations roles Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills Exceptional attention to detail and organization High level of discretion and confidentiality Experience supporting business owners or high-income households is a plus
