Summary

We are a dual-career NYC household seeking a highly organized operations coordinator to support household and family operations. This role includes managing calendars, coordinating schedules, handling communications, and supporting day-to-day household needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time opportunity for someone who can help keep our household running smoothly and efficiently. 5–10 hours per week initially with strong expectation of growth for the right candidate. Primary Responsibilities Household Operations - Schedule appointments and coordinate household services - Manage shared calendars and reminders - Coordinate cleaners, maintenance, deliveries, and vendors - Assist with travel planning and logistics Professional Support - Maintain networking and relationship trackers - Organize outreach lists and follow-up reminders - Support event planning and logistics for professional and alumni organizations Community & Civic Engagement - Track relevant nonprofit, alumni, cultural, and community events - Research junior board, associate council, and volunteer opportunities - Maintain application and outreach trackers - Support alumni chapter administration and event coordination Ideal Candidate - 2+ years of executive assistant, operations, project coordination, or similar experience - Strong written English - Excellent research and organizational skills - Comfortable working independently - Experience with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and calendar management Please include: 1.
