Personal Digital Assistant (Content Creation Company) We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Personal Digital Assistant to help support a growing content creation and adventure media company. This role will involve a variety of digital tasks, including: * Online research * Travel planning and logistics * Administrative and operational support * Content organization and management * Data entry and spreadsheet work * Project coordination * General virtual assistant tasks Bonus skills (not required but highly valued): * Video editing experience (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.) * Graphic design experience (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, etc.) * Social media management * AI tools and automation experience (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) Requirements: * Strong written and spoken English * Reliable high-speed internet connection * Excellent attention to detail * Ability to work independently and solve problems * Strong organizational skills * Available for anywhere from a few hours per week up to 20 hours per week, depending on project needs This position will start as a short-term contract with the potential to become a long-term ongoing role for the right person.
