We are looking for an exceptional communicator who genuinely enjoys talking to people. This is not an administrative assistant role. This is not a data entry role. This is not a customer support role. Your primary job is to speak with prospective patients, build rapport, answer questions, and help people book appointments. You should love being on the phone. You should have a warm, confident, professional voice and be able to make people feel comfortable within the first 30 seconds of a conversation. Responsibilities: • Answer incoming calls • Return missed calls • Call new leads within 5 minutes of them expressing interest • Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email • Schedule appointments • Respond to Facebook and Instagram messages • Help coordinate local networking and community outreach • Track basic performance metrics and appointment numbers Requirements: • Near-perfect spoken English • Excellent phone presence • Comfortable making outbound calls • Reliable internet connection • Available during Pacific Standard Time business hours • Friendly, energetic, and personable • Highly responsive and dependable To Apply, Please send: 1.
