Phone Support & Client Onboarding Specialist (GoHighLevel) We're looking for a friendly, professional, and tech-savvy Phone Support & Client Onboarding Specialist to join our growing digital marketing agency. If you enjoy helping clients and are comfortable speaking on the phone, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Onboard new clients using GoHighLevel CRM Provide phone and technical support Assist with website customization and updates Help configure CRM features, forms, calendars, and automations Answer client questions and troubleshoot basic technical issues Deliver an outstanding customer experience Qualifications Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms preferred Basic website editing skills Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable learning new software and AI tools Professional, personable, and customer-focused Requirements Excellent spoken English Comfortable handling phone calls with clients throughout the day Reliable internet connection and quality headset Available 30+ hours per week Looking for a long-term opportunity How to Apply Please include: A brief introduction about yourself Your experience with GoHighLevel or other CRM software Your experience with website editing and SEO A 1–2 minute audio recording introducing yourself in English.
