Physical Therapist Candidate Sourcing & Research Project (Massachusetts) We are a growing outpatient Physical Therapy practice in Massachusetts seeking an experienced researcher/recruiting sourcer to identify potential Physical Therapist candidates for current and future hiring. This project is research and candidate identification only. No candidate outreach is requested during Phase 1. About Us FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is a growing, locally owned outpatient Physical Therapy practice specializing in: • Balance & Fall Prevention • Vestibular Rehabilitation • Neurologic Rehabilitation • Orthopedic Physical Therapy • Geriatric Rehabilitation We currently operate in Bedford, Massachusetts and are planning expansion into Maynard, Massachusetts. Project Goal Create a spreadsheet of qualified Physical Therapist candidates who may be a strong fit for an outpatient Physical Therapy position focused on vestibular, balance, neurologic, geriatric, and orthopedic care. Target Candidate Profiles Licensed PTs • 0-5 years of experience preferred • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred • Vestibular, balance, neurologic, sports medicine, and/or geriatric experience preferred • Located within approximately 30 minutes of Maynard, Massachusetts DPT Students • Graduating in 2026 or 2027 • Strong outpatient interest • Clinical affiliations in orthopedic, vestibular, neurologic, or balance settings preferred • Located in or intending to remain in Massachusetts Target Geography Candidates should generally reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Maynard, Massachusetts, with priority given to candidates estimated to live within 30 minutes of Maynard.
