Summary

You will spend a significant portion of your day on the telephone speaking with lenders, insurers, providers, underwriters and solicitors to obtain updates, resolve queries and progress cases. Likely to be 5-10 hours per week for a trial period of 4 weeks leading to more hours potentially and becoming part of the team. Need to be ableto keep strong notes of updates received through phone calls.
