Piping Design & AD 2000 Calculation – Steam 200 bar / 365°C, Material 1.4571, DN20–250

We are looking for an experienced piping engineer to calculate a high-pressure steam piping system per AD 2000 and DGRL. Process conditions: Steam | 200 bar | 365°C PED Classification: Category IV, Fluid Group 1 (DGRL 2014/68/EU) – CE conformity assessment documentation required. Scope of work: Wall thickness & strength calculations per AD 2000 (B-Series) Pressure rating evaluation (PN-class selection) for all fittings Components: pipes, tees, flanges, 5D elbows – DN20 to DN250 Material: 1.4571 (X6CrNiMoTi17-12-2 / AISI 316Ti) Manufacturing standard: ISO (ISO 1127, ISO 15649) Project workflow: The selected freelancer will receive all detailed specifications directly from us. No bill of materials required – handled internally. Requirements: Proven experience with high-pressure steam systems, austenitic stainless steels, and solid knowledge of AD 2000, EN 13480, EN 1092 and DGRL Category IV.
