Pitch Deck for Equity Raise - Power & Real Estate Development Company

We are seeking an experienced presentation designer to create a professional, institutional-quality pitch deck for an equity raise for a power, energy infrastructure, and real estate development company. The deck should maintain the branding, color scheme, and overall design style of the attached prior presentation while showcasing the company’s portfolio of development sites. Each site profile should combine the key features of a real estate sales sheet—including power, gas, water, fiber, entitlement, location, and development information—with site-level valuation and its contribution to the broader company valuation. The selected professional should also help organize and refine the business narrative and investor-facing copy. All company, financial, and site information must remain strictly confidential throughout the process. I have included a presentation for one of our previous sites as a reference. Although I would prefer that the new presentation not be created in PowerPoint, the attached file illustrates the branding, color scheme, visual style, and level of information we would like to maintain consistently throughout the new presentation. I am seeking an institutional-grade pitch book and accompanying sales sheets for each site. Talent based in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom is preferred, as close collaboration and a strong understanding of the investment thesis will be essential to effectively communicating the company’s strategy and progress. Regular collaboration through Google Meet or Zoom will be required throughout the project.
