Pizzomat Rack & Cartesian Arm Design

Summary

I'm about 70% finished with the mechanical work on my automatic Pizzomat, and I need fresh knowledge to get it to the finish line. Your task will be to develop two key subsystems that are still awaiting completion: 1. A stainless steel storage rack that will hold all the ingredient containers. It must fit into the existing enclosure, facilitate cleaning of food-contact surfaces, and be resistant to damage in commercial kitchens. 2. A Cartesian manipulator arm that smoothly moves containers and trays between stations within the machine. The motion path is already defined; now I need a fully detailed SolidWorks model with the appropriate guides, drives, and mounting points, ready for production. 3. I also need to design a star-shaped guillotine to cut the pizza into eight slices before serving the pizza to the customer. 4. And a sauce dispenser/pouch dispenser. 5. A cardboard box dispenser. You'll be working within the current SolidWorks project, so all parts must be fully parametric and reference the top-level assembly without broken mates. I expect: • Complete 3D models and subassemblies • Manufacturing drawings with clear tolerances and callouts • Basic strength and deflection checks (SimulationXpress or your preferred FEA tool) • Concise bills of materials (BOMs) for both assemblies Everything must fit directly into existing design files, which I'll share at the beginning. If this sounds like a challenge, let's discuss timelines and handover requirements.
