Plan Adjustments & BOQ Estimation

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsman, CAD Designer, or Architect to make minor modifications to two existing architectural plans/sketches and create the associated Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Scope of Work: Review two existing plans (PDF and/or sketch). Implement required design adjustments based on our comments and markups. Update dimensions, layouts, furniture and related drawings as required. Revise and update the estimated BOQ to reflect the design changes. Ensure drawings are professionally presented and ready for submission/construction purposes. Deliverables: Revised plans in AutoCAD (DWG) and PDF formats. Updated BOQ in Excel format. 2-3 rounds of revisions after submission. Requirements: Proven experience with architectural and technical drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD and BOQ preparation. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to deliver within a short timeframe. Previous similar project experience is preferred.
