Plumbing BIM Modeling for Commercial Project

Project Overview We are seeking an experienced BIM/VDC professional to provide complete plumbing BIM modeling services for a commercial construction project. The selected consultant will be responsible for developing a fully coordinated plumbing model based on the project drawings and specifications. Experience with commercial plumbing systems and construction coordination is required. Scope of Work The selected BIM modeler will be responsible for: Complete plumbing BIM modeling Domestic water systems Sanitary waste and vent systems Storm drainage systems Equipment connections Sleeving and penetrations as required Coordination with architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical models Clash detection and conflict resolution Participation in coordination meetings (if required) Model updates through coordination process Preparation of coordination drawings as needed Deliverables Revit plumbing model (.RVT) Navisworks compatible model (.NWC/.NWD) Clash reports Coordination drawings Final coordinated plumbing model suitable for construction Project Requirements Applicants should have: Experience modeling commercial plumbing systems Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Experience with Navisworks clash detection and coordination Knowledge of plumbing construction practices Experience coordinating with other trades Ability to meet project deadlines Please Include With Your Proposal Years of BIM/Revit experience Relevant commercial plumbing BIM projects completed Sample models or project examples Estimated turnaround time Proposed fee structure (lump sum preferred) Availability for coordination meetings Additional Information Project drawings, specifications, and project details will be provided to qualified candidates after initial review.
