Podcast Producer (end-to-end)

Overview – Medellín, Colombia ON-SITE ROLE (production required) MUST BE LOCATED IN MEDELLÍN MUST SPEAK AND READ ENGLISH Budget: $10–$25 USD/hr, based on experience Davis Media is looking for a Podcast Producer / Video Editor who has taken a podcast from idea to finished, published episode — start to finish, not just one piece of the puzzle. This role is not for someone who has only touched pieces of podcast production. We want someone who has personally owned the full process: planning an episode, running the recording, editing it, mixing it, and getting it out into the world — and who has something real to show for it. You must be able to show us a podcast (or podcast-style video project) you're genuinely proud of — something you built, not just something you worked on. Be ready to talk about your role in it and walk us through your process. What You Bring End-to-end podcast production experience — you've done this from start to finish, more than once A portfolio or sample you can point to and say "I built that" Strong audio and video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition) Based in Medellín, available for on-site studio production English fluency (spoken and written) Big Plus If You Also Have Video production experience — camera operation, multi-cam setups Lighting setup and knowledge Motion graphics experience Responsibilities Produce and edit video podcast episodes Edit multi-camera video podcast recordings Mix and master podcast audio and video versions for professional distribution Create intro/outro segments, video transitions, and sound design Synchronize audio and video assets Create social media clips and promotional content from long-form episodes Organize project files and maintain production standards Collaborate with our creative team on content strategy and execution We're looking for someone who is: Available for production studio times Creative and detail-oriented Reliable and responsive Able to meet deadlines consistently Passionate about producing high-quality content, not just checking boxes Interested in building a long-term working relationship If you've built something you're proud of and want to help us build something bigger — we want to hear from you, and see it.
