Podcast Publishing Producer for Premium Financial Media Platform - 4 Episode Trial, Ongoing Archive Work. We are looking for a reliable podcast publishing producer to help prepare, format and publish podcast episodes for Modern American Advisor, a premium media platform serving financial advisors, RIAs, wealth managers and industry professionals across the United States. This is a simple, repeatable workflow. We will begin with a paid trial of 4 episodes. If the trial is successful, there is a larger archive of 120+ episodes available to process over time. This is not a heavy creative audio editing role. We are looking for someone who is accurate, organised and comfortable using WordPress, basic audio editing tools and AI writing tools. What you’ll do for each episode: 1. Receive the original podcast MP3 file. 2. Add our supplied intro audio to the beginning. 3. Add our supplied outro audio to the end. 4. Trim any obvious silence or messy start/end points. 5. Export the final MP3. 6. Generate or clean up the transcript. 7. Use ChatGPT or similar AI tools to create: * A strong episode title * A 200–300 word article introduction/summary * Key discussion points and takeaways 8. Format the transcript for publication: * Remove timestamps * Remove transcription artefacts * Add paragraph breaks * Identify speakers where appropriate * Add a “Full Episode Transcript” heading 9. Upload the article to WordPress. 10. Upload and embed the final MP3/audio player. 11. Add the featured image supplied by us. 12. Add categories, tags and basic SEO information where required. 13. Save as draft, publish or schedule according to our instructions. Important: We are not looking for creative sound design, complex editing, music production or extensive rewriting. The right person will be able to follow a clear workflow, work carefully, and produce consistent, professional podcast pages across a large content archive. Skills required: * WordPress publishing experience * ChatGPT or other AI writing tools * Basic audio editing, such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, Descript or Riverside * Strong written English * Good formatting and attention to detail * Podcast publishing experience preferred * Financial services, B2B media or professional services experience would be a bonus Initial trial: We will start with 4 podcast episodes. For the trial, we are looking for accuracy, consistency and reliability. If the workflow is completed well, there will be ongoing work available across a larger archive of 120+ podcast episodes.
