Podcast Video Editor: Full Episode Edit + 10 Short-Form Clips (Ongoing, 2 Episodes/Month)

I produce a B2B interview podcast and I'm looking for one reliable editor to take over the full post-production process on an ongoing basis. This is recurring work: 2 episodes per month, with a documented step-by-step process already in place. What you'd deliver per episode: Full-length video edit (approx. 45–65 min, two-camera remote interview) Multicam sync and camera cutting in Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro Audio cleanup: voice isolation, loudness leveling, EQ Basic color correction / balance across both camera angles Reviewing the episode transcript (using Claude, Gemini, or similar) to identify the 10 strongest short-form moments against a provided framework 10 short-form square clips with burned-in captions and background music Time-coded show notes and chapter markers Short LinkedIn caption and on-screen hook text for each clip 5–10 episode title options for me to choose from Upload and publish to Spotify for Creators, YouTube, and Apple Podcasts What I handle: guest booking, recording, final title selection, cover art, and final approval. You are executing a defined system with a documented spec, not inventing one. Requirements: Strong Final Cut Pro X or Premiere Pro skills, specifically multicam editing Experience with Descript (or equivalent) for caption-styled short-form clips Clean, minimal caption work. No bouncing text, no neon, no emoji, no screen shake. This is an executive/professional audience, not a hype-marketing audience. Native or near-native written English (show notes, titles, and captions must be clean) Comfortable using an AI assistant (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to work through a long transcript and pull the strongest moments against a given framework Reliable 7-business-day turnaround from receipt of raw footage Willing to sign an NDA Nice to have: Podcast editing experience specifically Familiarity with Riverside.fm raw file exports Comfort with J-cuts / L-cuts and conversational pacing How to apply: Share 1–2 examples of interview-style podcast episodes you've edited, plus at least one short-form clip with captions you produced.
