🎧 PODCAST & YOUTUBE PRODUCER — ONGOING WORK (FAST TURNAROUND, HIGH EXPOSURE) Project Type: Ongoing Monthly Production Experience Level: Entry–Intermediate (Media students encouraged to apply) Location: Remote Start: Immediate About the Role I’m looking for a skilled, reliable, and creatively driven Podcast & YouTube Producer who can take raw audio/video recordings and deliver fully post‑produced, upload‑ready episodes. This role is ideal for a media student or emerging producer who wants to build a strong portfolio, gain real‑world experience, and receive on‑air credit, product placement, and mentions across my podcast and YouTube channels. What You’ll Be Producing You will receive raw recordings and be responsible for delivering: Podcast (Audio‑Only) Clean, edited, professionally mixed audio Removal of ums, pauses, background noise Intro/outro integration Music bed balancing Final mastered MP3 ready for upload YouTube (Video Episodes) Edited, colour‑corrected, polished video Lower thirds, titles, transitions Clean audio synced to video Optional: simple motion graphics or branded elements Final export in YouTube‑ready format (4K or 1080p) What I’m Looking For Strong editing skills (audio and/or video) Ability to work quickly and consistently Professional communication and reliability A creative eye and ear for pacing, clarity, and storytelling Someone who takes pride in high‑quality output Preferably a media, film, or communications student building a portfolio What You’ll Get Paid work with clear briefs and consistent projects Fast feedback loops and a professional creative environment Portfolio‑ready content across podcasting and YouTube Exposure: Producer credits in episode descriptions Mentions in podcasts and YouTube videos Visible product placement of your brand or logo where appropriate This is a great opportunity to grow your professional footprint while working with someone who values quality, speed, and creative collaboration.
