Portuguese-English- Spanish Translator / Customer Service Phone Support Needed

We are looking for a reliable Portuguese-English-Spanish translator to help our agency communicate with Portuguese-speaking customers. The ideal candidate must be able to answer phone calls, understand what the customer needs, translate the information into English, and enter clear notes into our CRM so one of our agents can take the appropriate action. Responsibilities • Answer incoming phone calls from Portuguese-speaking customers • Understand the customer’s request, question, or issue • Translate the information clearly from Portuguese to English • Enter detailed and accurate notes into our CRM • Assign or communicate the customer’s request to the correct team member • Follow up with the customer in Portuguese once our agent provides an answer • Maintain a professional, friendly, and patient tone with customers • Keep customer information confidential and organized Requirements • Fluent in Portuguese and English • Strong listening and communication skills • Experience with customer service or phone support • Comfortable using CRM systems or willing to learn • Able to write clear notes in English • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented • Experience in insurance, sales, or office administration is a plus Schedule We are looking for someone available during business hours.
