Portuguese-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help us deliver an excellent experience to our customers throughout the shipping process. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with questions, coordinating shipments, and finding solutions when things don’t go as planned. Responsibilities we will trust you with Being the first point of contact and providing top-tier customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels Representing the company by proactively turning challenges into solutions Coordinating shipments and placing orders with our logistics partners Guiding customers step-by-step through the shipping process to ensure a smooth experience Using empathy and quick thinking to adapt to each customer’s unique situation Partnering with drivers and logistics teams to make sure every shipment flows smoothly Collaborating closely with the sales department and other internal teams What we're looking for Fluent or native-level Portuguese Strong English communication skills Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar client-facing role Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive, solution-oriented approach Confidence communicating with customers over the phone Ability to stay organized and handle multiple customer requests
