Summary Project Overview We are working on a TV drama series, approximately 40 minutes per episode. The content has already been AI-dubbed into multiple languages and regional accents. We are now looking for Language Reviewers to review the final dubbed videos and ensure the output meets specific linguistic, cultural, and accent-specific quality standards. Languages Required German: Hochdeutsch (Standard German) Turkish: Istanbul Turkish English: US Accent (Please apply for one specific language/accent) Role: Post-Dubbing Language & Accent Reviewer You will review fully dubbed video episodes and evaluate: Accuracy: Meaning vs. original English intent. Accent Authenticity: Correctness of the specific accent (e.g., flag any slip like Bavarian for German or Anatolian for Turkish etc.) Naturalness: Fluency of spoken language and standard dialect usage (Hochdeutsch/Istanbul Turkish). Emotional Correctness: Tone, delivery, and intensity matching the scene. Cultural Appropriateness: Suitability for the target audience.[1] Technical Sync: Obvious timing, pacing, or delivery issues in dialogue. Important: This role is for review and validation only. You will not edit subtitles, perform dubbing, or fix audio. You will identify and report issues using timestamps and clear comments. Feedback & Issue Logging All feedback must be provided using our standard Feedback Form and Issue Log Sheet. Reviewers must log: Episode reference & Timestamp Issue category (Language accuracy, Accent/Tone, Cultural context, Timing, etc.) Clear description of the issue. Work & Payment Structure[2] Fixed-cost: Per video (≈ 10 minutes). Planned rates (per 10-min episode): German (Hochdeutsch): 5 USD Turkish (Istanbul): 5 USD English (US): 4 USD (Final rate depends on performance and consistency.) Quality & Acceptance Criteria Accepted if: Meaning is accurate, accent is authentic to the requirement, language is natural, and all major issues are properly logged.
