Power Automate Desktop Automation for Certificate Downloads.

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Automate Desktop developer to help us build an automation workflow for our internal training administration process. The project involves creating a Power Automate Desktop flow that can: * Log in to our competency management system * Search for a student using a unique number * Locate specific certificates or competencies based on unit codes provided in a spreadsheet * Download the relevant certificate files * Rename the downloaded files using a clear naming convention * Save the files into the correct folder * Produce a simple record of what was successfully downloaded and anything that could not be found The workflow needs to be reliable, easy for our team to run, and built in a way that we can maintain or update later if the process changes. We do not have access to an API, so this will need to be completed using browser-based automation through Microsoft Power Automate Desktop. **Ideal experience:** * Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate Desktop * Experience automating browser-based systems * Ability to work with Excel or CSV data as the input source * Experience with file downloads, file renaming, and folder management * Ability to build in error handling, logging, and clear user prompts * Good communication and willingness to explain the workflow so our internal team can maintain it **Important notes:** We will not provide login details upfront. The successful freelancer will need to work with us through a secure process, such as screen sharing, guided setup, or another agreed method that protects access to our systems. Please include examples of similar Power Automate Desktop or browser automation projects you have completed, particularly where the automation searched records, downloaded files, renamed documents, or worked from spreadsheet data.
