Giga Projects Portfolio Dashboard – Design Consultation I'm currently working on a proof-of-concept Power BI dashboard as part of an internal project and would appreciate your guidance on the dashboard design, user experience, and overall storytelling. The objective is to build an executive dashboard for our company's Giga Projects Portfolio in Saudi Arabia (e.g., Diriyah, NEOM, Qiddiya, Red Sea, etc.). The dashboard is intended for senior management to provide a high-level overview of project performance, client profiles, infrastructure, network coverage, and commercial opportunities. The dashboard should help answer questions such as: What decisions can executives make using this dashboard? Which projects require immediate attention? How is each client/account performing? Sections Project Overview Brief About the Location Destination Coverage Areas Agreements & Status Relationship Mapping Dashboard Elements for the Client Profile The dashboard may include visualizations around: Strategic Overview of the Account Overview for Key Stakeholders Performance (Revenue, KPIs, etc.) Subsidiaries and Their Contribution Limitations / Challenges Key Asks & Considerations Agreements Geographic Timeline Delivery vs. Expected Timeline / Performance Reasons for Changes AI-powered Insights or Chatbot (future enhancement) What I Need Help With I'm primarily looking for guidance on: Dashboard structure and page organization Information hierarchy Executive storytelling KPI placement Choosing the most effective visuals Navigation between pages Modern UI/UX design Color palette and branding Interactive user experience What information should be shown first Which visuals should be added, removed, or redesigned Data Availability At this stage, I don't have the final dataset ready. My priority is to design the dashboard layout and user experience first. Please feel free to use realistic mock/sample data to build the dashboard, including KPIs, charts, maps, and tables. The sample data only needs to represent what the final dashboard might look like; it doesn't need to reflect actual business data. Once the design and structure are finalized, I will replace the sample data with the actual data sources and make any necessary adjustments. Expected Outcome I'm looking for recommendations on creating a polished, executive-level dashboard that is visually appealing, intuitive, and presentation-ready. The emphasis is on the overall design, storytelling, and user experience rather than the underlying technical implementation or data model.
