Project Objectives Create a decision-oriented analytics view of marketing and funnel performance Support data-driven decisions around course commercialization and adoption Produce a reusable Power BI model and dashboard adaptable to future products or campaigns Scope of Work Data understanding and extraction using sample or exported GHL data... Power BI data model design following best practices. Dashboard development with 2–3 pages covering funnel performance, segmentation, and adoption indicators. Documentation and handoff Deliverables Power BI PBIX file with reusable data model. Documented DAX measures. Two to three dashboard pages. Short usage and handoff guide. Skills & Experience Required Strong Power BI experience including data modeling and DAX. Experience with CRM or funnel analytics. Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar platforms.
