Power BI Developer (HR Analytics Dashboard)

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to design and build an interactive HR Analytics Dashboard that provides meaningful insights into our workforce data. Project Scope The selected candidate will develop a user-friendly, visually appealing, and dynamic Power BI dashboard using our HR data. The dashboard should enable leadership and HR teams to monitor key workforce metrics and make data-driven decisions. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. • Connect, clean, and transform HR data from Excel, CSV or other data sources. • Create efficient data models and write DAX measures where required. • Develop insightful visualizations for HR KPIs. • Implement filters, drill-throughs, slicers, and interactive reporting features. • Ensure dashboard performance, accuracy, and ease of use. • Document the dashboard and provide a brief walkthrough upon completion. Dashboard Requirements The dashboard should include insights such as: • Employee headcount • Attrition rate • Employee turnover trends • Department-wise employee distribution • Gender diversity • Age distribution • Hiring trends • Employee tenure • Job role analysis • Location-wise employee distribution • Any additional HR KPIs that improve decision-making Required Skills • Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI • Advanced DAX and Power Query (M) • Data modeling and ETL • Experience building HR or workforce analytics dashboards • Ability to create clean, modern, executive-level dashboard designs Deliverables • Fully functional Power BI (.pbix) dashboard • Clean and well-structured data model • Documented calculations and DAX measures • Instructions for refreshing the dashboard with new data • One revision after initial delivery
