Power BI Developer - Data Dashboard Optimization

We are seeking an experienced Power BI specialist to help our growing multi-disciplinary healthcare practice build a comprehensive business intelligence dashboard and reporting system. Our goal is to transition away from manually managed Excel spreadsheets and create a streamlined, data-driven platform that provides real-time visibility into business performance, operational trends, patient growth, and financial opportunities. Our organization includes chiropractic, physical therapy, and medical services, and we are looking for someone who can help organize, visualize, and interpret data in a way that supports leadership decision-making and long-term growth. Key objectives of this project include: Tracking new patient numbers and trends Separating and analyzing data by department/service line (Chiropractic, PT, Medical) Monitoring KPIs, collections, visit averages, conversion rates, retention, referrals, and operational performance Creating dashboards that are visually clean, easy to interpret, and actionable Identifying opportunities for growth, inefficiencies, and performance improvement Helping leadership better forecast, plan, and make strategic decisions Reducing reliance on manual Excel reporting and improving automation Ideal candidate qualifications: Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI Experience building healthcare or multi-location business dashboards preferred Ability to connect and organize data from multiple sources/platforms Strong understanding of KPI development and business analytics Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with leadership Experience creating executive-level dashboards and reporting systems Bonus experience: Healthcare analytics ChiroTouch or healthcare EHR integrations Financial and operational reporting Automation and workflow optimization We are looking for someone who can not only build dashboards, but also help us think strategically about what data matters most and how to best utilize it to improve operations, patient experience, and long-term scalability.
