Power BI and Excel Data Analyst for Business Dashboards

We are looking for a skilled Power BI and Excel Data Analyst to design, develop, and maintain professional business dashboards for our growing company. Project Overview: You will transform raw data into clear, interactive, and visually appealing dashboards that help management make data-driven decisions quickly. Key Responsibilities: Design and build interactive Power BI dashboards (DAX, Power Query, bookmarks, drill-throughs, etc.) Create advanced Excel dashboards with complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and VBA (if needed) Clean, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources Develop monthly/weekly performance reports and KPI tracking dashboards Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, fast-loading, and mobile-responsive Maintain and update existing dashboards as business needs evolve Requirements: Proven experience as a Power BI Developer (minimum 2+ years) Strong expertise in Excel (advanced functions, Power Query, Pivot Tables, dynamic dashboards) Solid knowledge of DAX and Power BI best practices Ability to create clean, professional, and insightful visualizations Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to work with sample or live data and ask clarifying questions Nice to Have: Experience with SQL Background in finance, sales, marketing, or operations dashboards Portfolio of previous Power BI/Excel dashboards (please share links or screenshots) Project Type: Ongoing / Hourly or Fixed-price (to be discussed) Budget: Flexible based on experience and quality How to Apply: Please send: Your relevant experience with Power BI & Excel Links to 2–3 sample dashboards you’ve built Your hourly rate or fixed price estimate Availability to start
