About the Role We are looking for an AI-Powered Lead Generation Specialist who will build and continuously improve our lead generation process using modern AI, sales intelligence and automation tools. This is not a traditional lead generation role. We are looking for someone who can design a scalable workflow for identifying, enriching, qualifying and delivering high-quality leads while continuously improving and automating the process. Key Responsibilities Research and identify companies matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay and other modern prospecting tools Enrich lead data with company information, decision-makers, emails, technologies, buying signals and other relevant attributes Monitor buying signals such as job changes, funding announcements, company news, LinkedIn activity, hiring trends and other relevant triggers Segment leads by industry, geography, company size, decision-maker role and identified need Prepare and upload structured lead data into HubSpot according to our internal requirements Maintain data quality by removing duplicates and keeping lead information up to date Design and continuously improve an automated lead generation workflow using AI and automation tools (n8n, Make or similar) that can later be scaled across different ICPs and campaigns Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to continuously improve lead quality and pipeline performance Requirements Experience in B2B lead generation Strong LinkedIn Sales Navigator skills Experience with Apollo, Clay or similar prospecting platforms Experience working with HubSpot or other CRM systems Understanding of ICP development and lead segmentation Experience building or improving automated lead generation workflows Ability to independently research companies and decision-makers Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Upper-Intermediate English or higher Nice to Have Experience with n8n, Make or similar automation platforms Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity in lead generation workflows Experience with LinkedIn outreach automation Experience working with Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech or Healthcare companies What Success Looks Like Within the first months you will: Build a repeatable and scalable lead generation workflow Deliver consistently high-quality, ICP-matched lead lists Reduce manual research through AI and automation Ensure clean, structured and CRM-ready lead data Create a workflow that can easily be adapted for new ICPs, industries and campaigns without rebuilding the process from scratch What We Offer Flexible project-based or part-time collaboration Opportunity to shape our lead generation process from the ground up Work with modern AI, CRM and automation technologies International projects in the Life Science industry High level of ownership and direct impact on company growth Candidates based in Ukraine are preferred!
