AI-Powered Roblox Game Creator (30–40 hrs/week, Weekly Flat Salary)

We are building an AI-powered Roblox game studio with the goal of shipping dozens of high-impact games every month. Using Claude (AI) inside Roblox Studio, we have already been able to generate full, working games with minimal coding effort. We are looking for a smart, motivated person to join us near full-time (30–40 hours/week) to help generate and ship Roblox games using AI tools. What you'll do: - Participate in planning discussions to define game concepts and goals - Use Claude (a state-of-the-art AI model) inside Roblox Studio to generate complete games - Aim to ship 1–2 games per week - Collaborate closely with the founder throughout the process What we're looking for: - A light coding or game development background is helpful — most of the work is no-code since Claude handles the heavy lifting on code generation - The actual coding effort is very low, as AI generates most of the code for you - Someone curious, motivated, and eager to learn - Ability to follow a structured workflow and iterate quickly - Strong communication skills and reliability - Bonus: any prior experience with Roblox, game design, or AI tools What we offer: - Weekly flat salary for 30–40 hours of work per week - Access to a high-end version of Claude for game generation - The opportunity to grow with the studio — if things go well, we plan to expand the team and build out a full studio operation - A unique, forward-looking role at the intersection of AI and game development This is a long-term engagement with real growth potential.
