I'm launching a premium pet care brand and am looking for an experienced Shopify/CRO consultant for an initial strategy session. The product is currently in production and I am preparing for launch. I am looking for feedback on: • Positioning • Pricing strategy • Website strategy • Conversion opportunities • Launch approach • Customer journey At this stage, I am looking for strategic feedback before investing heavily into website development.
